Accurately enter and update patient, policy, and claim information into company databases.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare data at all times.
Perform routine data verification and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Follow established data entry procedures and meet daily productivity targets.
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting when required.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus but not required).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Good typing speed (minimum 35 WPM preferred).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
No prior data entry or healthcare experience required – full training will be provided.
Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage but not essential.
