The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Typist and Office Documentation Executive to join our dynamic team in Kottayam. This role focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, preparing reports, and efficiently managing office records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks while ensuring smooth office operations. Accurately type, format, and proofread various documents, including reports, letters, memos, and official communications.
Maintain and organize physical and digital office files, ensuring easy accessibility and proper record-keeping.
Assist in preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other office documentation.
Review and verify the accuracy of data in documents before submission or filing.
Coordinate with other departments to collect, compile, and update office records.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and office workflow management.
Identify opportunities to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency.
Excellent typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM) with high accuracy.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office software.
Knowledge of office management procedures and filing systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Freshers can apply; however, 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or documentation role will be an advantage.
Full-time role, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility may be required during peak workloads or special projects.
