Serve as the primary contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, network connectivity, and configuration problems.
Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical queries effectively.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
Document customer interactions, technical resolutions, and product issues accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product features and support processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zohos products, services, and updates.
Provide proactive solutions and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to remain patient, calm, and professional under pressure.
Proficiency in using support tools, ticketing systems, and remote assistance software.
