Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a technical writer, content developer, or similar role.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Proficiency in using documentation tools and content management systems.

  • Familiarity with APIs, software development processes, and SaaS-based products is a plus.

Experience
