Job Summary

Zoho is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Content Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical content, including user guides, FAQs, API documentation, product release notes, and tutorials.

• Work closely with product teams to gather information, understand new features, and document them effectively.

• Develop step-by-step instructions, visual aids, and diagrams to enhance content clarity.

• Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to style guidelines.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.

• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all product content.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in technical writing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience as a technical writer, content developer, or similar role.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.

• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in using documentation tools and content management systems.

• Familiarity with APIs, software development processes, and SaaS-based products is a plus.

• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience in technical content writing, preferably within the IT or SaaS industry.

• Experience with tools such as Markdown, HTML, Confluence, or Git-based documentation workflows is advantageous.

Working Hours
