Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional technical support to Zoho customers via email, chat, and calls.

  • Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and usage guidance.

  • Document issues, solutions, and product FAQs for knowledge base development.

  • Stay updated on Zohos product features, updates, and best practices to deliver expert-level support.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving ability with a logical and analytical mindset.

  • Basic understanding of web technologies, databases, and software applications.

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy.


Experience

  • Freshers (0–1 year of experience) are encouraged to apply.

  • Internship or project experience in technical support, customer service, or software troubleshooting will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role with flexible shift schedules to support customers across different time zones.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts.

  • Understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) applications is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
