Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Order Processing Team in a work-from-home capacity. As part of our growing e-commerce operations, you will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders accurately, ensuring timely dispatch, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver a smooth shopping experience for our customers. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process online customer orders efficiently.

• Verify product availability, pricing, and payment details before order confirmation.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch.

• Update order status in Flipkarts internal system.

• Respond promptly to customer queries related to order status, returns, or cancellations.

• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues with minimal supervision.

• Maintain accurate order records for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order processing efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email handling.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).

• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail under time constraints.

• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Prior experience in e-commerce, data entry, or customer service will be an advantage.

Working Hours
