Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, product information, and general queries.

  • Resolve complaints by providing accurate information and following Flipkarts service guidelines.

  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

  • Maintain a positive and helpful tone while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Adhere to performance metrics, including response time, quality, and service efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 8 hours per day, 5–6 days a week.

  • Part-Time: Flexible shifts of 4–5 hours per day.
