Job Summary

Flipkart is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team in a fully remote role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.

  • Provide prompt and accurate assistance regarding orders, returns, payments, and product information.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.

  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, chat platforms, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.


Experience

  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce is an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 8–9 hours per day (5–6 days a week).

  • Part-Time: Flexible shifts available (minimum 4 hours per day).

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-volume interactions.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes and online order tracking systems.

  • Adaptability to work with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
