📌 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.

• Greet, screen, and direct visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

• Maintain access control by verifying identification and ensuring only authorized personnel enter secure areas.

• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, and report findings accurately.

• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.

• Enforce company policies and building rules while maintaining a non-confrontational presence.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.

• Inspect and secure entrances, exits, and equipment to ensure building integrity during and after office hours.

• Support evacuation procedures during fire drills or emergencies.

• Maintain high visibility and vigilance throughout assigned shifts.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.

• Clean criminal background check.

• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

• Good verbal and written communication abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

• Must possess basic computer literacy for logging reports and incident data.

• Customer service orientation with a polite and professional demeanor.

🏅 Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security, safety monitoring, or related roles (preferred).

• Experience in an office or commercial building environment will be an added advantage.

• Military, law enforcement, or certified security training background is a plus but not mandatory.

⏰ Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available

• Rotational shifts (Day/Night) based on scheduling

• Typical coverage: 8 to 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
