As a Work From Home Survey Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals, collecting responses for surveys, and accurately documenting data. Make outbound calls to prospective respondents to conduct surveys.
Accurately record and input survey responses into the database.
Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during calls.
Meet daily or weekly call and data collection targets.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance.
Report feedback and escalate any issues to the team lead.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or local languages.

Strong listening skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
