Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through live chat and email.

Fresher-friendly; 0–2 years of customer support experience is preferred.
Prior experience in a remote chat support or BPO environment is an added advantage.
Flexible shifts, including day and evening hours.
5–6 days working per week, depending on project requirements.
Proficiency in using computers and web-based applications.
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
