Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resource Associate / Talent & Culture Manager to join our growing team. This role is integral to fostering a positive workplace culture, managing talent acquisition, and supporting HR initiatives that align with the companys strategic goals. You will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, streamlining HR processes, and acting as a trusted partner to both management and staff to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with employment laws.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and create strategies to improve workplace satisfaction.

  • Partner with department heads to identify talent needs and create succession plans.

  • Maintain HR records, manage payroll coordination, and oversee benefits administration.

  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.

  • Facilitate learning and development programs to enhance employee growth and productivity.

  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and talent management practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all HR matters.


Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related HR function.

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility available for remote work).

  • Occasional weekend availability for special HR projects or recruitment drives.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges.
