Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment/Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR operations and talent acquisition strategies. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with the companys long-term goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and people management skills who can contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
Identify staffing needs, forecast future hiring requirements, and create recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain employee records, oversee payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and performance management reviews to support employee growth.
Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and career development.
Collaborate with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness and enhance workforce productivity.
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of recruitment and retention strategies.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or Recruitment Manager, preferably in a consultancy or corporate environment.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Minimum: 5+ years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Preferred: Experience in recruitment consultancy or HR services industry.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during peak recruitment cycles if required.
Expertise in recruitment strategies and talent management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
