Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Online Tutors to provide high-quality academic support to K-12 and university students across Canada. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online tutoring sessions for K-12 and/or university students in assigned subjects.

• Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and study materials to meet individual student needs.

• Monitor and assess student performance, providing constructive feedback.

• Use online tools and platforms to deliver interactive and engaging lessons.

• Communicate effectively with students and parents/guardians regarding academic progress.

• Stay updated with curriculum standards and teaching best practices.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Education or relevant subject specialization (Math, Science, English, History, etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar).

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simplified manner.

• Patience and dedication to support diverse learning styles.

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced tutors are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in online teaching, tutoring, or academic coaching is an asset.

Working Hours:

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones and student needs.

• Part-time and full-time remote opportunities available.

• Evening and weekend sessions may be required based on student availability.
