Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Catalog Content Assistant to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates passionate about online retail, product listing management, and digital content creation. You will assist in maintaining and enhancing product catalogs across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate, attractive, and SEO-friendly product information to boost sales and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and maintain product listings for e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.

  • Ensure all product content is accurate, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.

  • Optimize product listings for SEO to enhance visibility and drive traffic.

  • Assist in categorizing products appropriately to improve discoverability.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to update promotional content and offers.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in product data to maintain catalog accuracy.

  • Monitor product listings and suggest improvements for enhanced performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Commerce, Marketing, or IT preferred but not mandatory).

  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and product listing processes.

  • Good command of English with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various e-commerce tools and platforms.


Experience

  • 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce, content management, or data entry.

  • Freshers with strong interest in online retail or digital content are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible working schedule with 6–8 hours per day (remote).

  • Monday to Friday (Weekend off) – occasional project-based flexibility may be required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of online retail operations and basic SEO principles.

  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic image editing knowledge (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus.
