SysTechCare Support is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Patient Service Representative to join our growing healthcare support team. Handle inbound and outbound calls to support patients with scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Guide patients through the registration process and update medical records accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely appointments and patient satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality of patient data in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Resolve service-related concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients at every touchpoint.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate CRM and scheduling software.
High level of empathy, patience, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
0–2 years of experience in customer service, patient support, or healthcare administration.
Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or call center environment is advantageous.
