Enter, update, and manage student academic records in the institution as online database.
Verify and correct student data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive student information.
Collaborate with academic coordinators and faculty to obtain or clarify missing data.
Generate student reports, transcripts, and performance summaries as needed.
Ensure compliance with data entry standards and educational record-keeping guidelines.
Perform regular audits of student records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Maintain logs and backups of updated records for future reference.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Basic understanding of academic documents such as report cards, transcripts, and certificates.
