Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to join our dynamic Banking BPO division. This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in both English and Hindi, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. You will act as the first point of contact for banking customers, handling queries, complaints, and providing accurate information regarding banking products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking queries, transactions, and complaints.

  • Provide prompt and accurate information to customers in a clear and professional manner.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering effective resolutions.

  • Maintain call logs and records accurately in CRM systems.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or senior personnel.

  • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and call quality guidelines.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) qualification; graduates are preferred.

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and comprehension).

  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional tone.

  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

  • Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply with proper language skills and enthusiasm.

  • Previous experience in a BPO/call center environment, especially in a banking process, is an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (Day shifts for female candidates; rotational including night for male candidates).

  • 6 days working with 1 rotational week off.

  • Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.

  • Understanding of basic banking concepts and services.

  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

  • Ability to follow scripts and resolve issues effectively.

  • Team player with a results-driven mindset.

  • Quick learner with adaptability to process changes.
