Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as BPO Customer Support Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Hindi and a regional language, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency. You will be the voice of the company, managing both inbound and outbound calls for various client projects in sectors such as e-commerce, banking, healthcare, and telecom.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls in Hindi and at least one regional language.

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.

  • Provide product/service information and guidance as per the script and process.

  • Accurately record customer interactions and maintain call logs.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as per standard protocol.

  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and ensure customer satisfaction ratings.

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to compliance guidelines.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate (in any stream).

  • Proficient in Hindi and at least one regional language (mandatory).

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Rotational Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening.

  • Shift Duration: 9 hours including 1-hour break.

  • Weekly Off: Rotational (One day/week).


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and call etiquettes.

  • Capability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience.

  • Fast learner with adaptability to new tools and platforms.

  • Ability to follow scripted dialogues without sounding robotic.

  • Time management and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
