HR Service Jobs is hiring Customer Care Executives for a reputed Automobile Dealership. This is a front-line role focused on delivering exceptional customer service to clients visiting the showroom or contacting through phone/email. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, scheduling service appointments, and supporting the overall customer experience. Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors at the dealership.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about vehicles, services, and bookings.
Resolve customer queries or direct them to the appropriate department.
Schedule test drives and service appointments.
Maintain and update customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and service departments for seamless customer experience.
Provide follow-ups on customer service requests and feedback.
Support the team during promotional events or launches.
Minimum 12th pass; a diploma or graduate degree is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
Polite, professional, and energetic approach while dealing with customers.
0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or call handling roles.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in an automobile dealership or service center is an added advantage.
Full-time role; showroom hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including weekends.
Weekly off will be given on a weekday (not Saturday/Sunday).
Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
Familiarity with automobile brands, basic car features, and services (training will be provided).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
