Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented In-store Sales Associates for a leading electronics showroom chain. This role is ideal for female candidates with a passion for retail sales, electronics, and delivering excellent customer service. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the showroom, guiding customers through product choices, assisting with purchases, and maintaining the showrooms professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm, professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electronic products (mobiles, TVs, laptops, home appliances, etc.)

• Demonstrate product features and benefits with clarity and confidence

• Support billing and basic inventory processes

• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required

• Build positive customer relationships for repeat business

• Stay updated on the latest product features and industry trends

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduate preferred

• Strong communication skills in English and local language

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, billing software)

• Confident, well-groomed, and approachable personality

• Good selling and negotiation skills

• Customer service mindset and problem-solving ability

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in retail, electronics sales, or customer service will be an added advantage

Working Hours

• 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM or showroom operational hours (including weekends and holidays)

• Weekly off on rotation basis

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Product knowledge in electronics and appliances

• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced showroom environment

• Willingness to undergo product training regularly

• Attention to detail in sales documentation and customer handling
