HR Service Jobs, in partnership with Unacademy, is seeking passionate and driven individuals for its Entry-Level Educator role as part of the prestigious Unacademy Faculty Training Program. This is a remote opportunity designed to onboard fresh talent and develop future online educators capable of delivering high-quality, engaging, and impactful content across various competitive exam categories, including NEET, JEE, UPSC, and others. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Unacademys structured Faculty Training Program and complete all modules successfully.

• Learn to create interactive and curriculum-aligned video lessons for competitive exams.

• Develop proficiency in using digital teaching tools and software provided by Unacademy.

• Conduct live or recorded sessions with students via Unacademys online platform.

• Collaborate with senior educators and content teams for continuous improvement and quality assurance.

• Receive mentorship and feedback to refine teaching methodologies and communication skills.

• Contribute to course material preparation including quizzes, notes, and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Engineering, Science, Arts, Commerce, or Education preferred).

• Strong command of the English language and at least one regional Indian language.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

• Basic familiarity with digital tools such as Google Meet, Zoom, or online whiteboards.

• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and engaging manner.

Experience

• No prior teaching experience is required.

• Fresh graduates, final-year students, and career switchers with a flair for teaching are encouraged to apply.

• Any informal teaching experience (tutoring, coaching, mentoring) will be considered a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible online working hours based on batch assignments.

• Average commitment: 4 to 6 hours/day during the training and probation period.

• Weekend availability may be required for live sessions or mentoring.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Subject expertise in one or more areas: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, History, Polity, Economy, etc.

• Adaptability to online learning environments and willingness to learn new tech tools.

• Strong time management and self-discipline in a remote work environment.

• Creativity in delivering content and engaging with a virtual student base.

• Analytical mindset to assess student feedback and improve session quality.
