Attention Job Seekers
SysTechCare Support is looking for a creative, data-aware, and highly organized Part-Time Social Media Manager to plan, create, publish, and optimize content across our social channels. This role is ideal for female students and moms who want flexible, remote-friendly work hours without compromising on meaningful, résumé-building experience. You will own day-to-day social execution, assist with campaigns, track performance, and continuously experiment to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community trust.
Content Strategy & Calendar: Build and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign goals, product priorities, and key dates.
Content Creation: Write compelling copy; create basic graphics, reels, and short-form videos using tools like Canva/CapCut (or similar).
Publishing & Scheduling: Manage scheduled posts via tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
Community Management: Respond to comments/DMs, escalate issues, and nurture a healthy, helpful community tone.
Performance Tracking: Track KPIs (reach, engagement rate, CTR, saves, shares, follower growth) and deliver concise weekly & monthly reports.
Hashtag & Trend Research: Stay on top of platform updates, trending audio, and best practices to increase discoverability.
Collaboration: Coordinate with design, customer support, and product/marketing teams to ensure message consistency.
Light Social Ads Support (Nice to Have): Help set up and monitor low-budget paid campaigns and boost high-performing posts.
Brand Voice Guardian: Ensure every post reflects our brand tone, values, and accessibility standards.
UGC & Influencer Liaison (Optional): Identify and coordinate with micro-influencers/affiliates/UGC creators.
Strong written English with an engaging, concise, and brand-consistent style.
Practical understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter); bonus for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
Basic design/video editing familiarity (e.g., Canva, CapCut, VN, Adobe Express).
Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision and async collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Trello, Notion, Asana, etc.).
0–2 years of hands-on social media management or content creation experience (internships/freelance/college projects count).
A small portfolio or samples of posts, reels, or campaigns you have created is highly preferred.
Experience managing a personal brand, college club page, or small business handle is a plus.
Part-time: ~15–20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
Core collaboration window of 2–3 hours on weekdays (we will agree on a slot that works for you).
Weekend or evening availability for urgent posts/live moments is a plus, not mandatory.
Platform best practices: Ideal post formats, optimal posting times, trend utilization.
Analytics literacy: Understanding of metrics like engagement rate, impressions, CPC/CPM (nice to have).
Content accessibility: Alt-text, captions, inclusive language.
SEO for social: Keyword/hashtag strategy to improve reach and discoverability.
Creativity + Consistency: Ability to ideate constantly while keeping brand tone intact.
Collaboration & Communication: Clear updates, proactive status reporting, and deadline ownership.
Flexible, remote-friendly work designed to fit study schedules, parenting routines, or career restarts.
Real ownership & visibility: Your content will directly drive our brands growth.
Learning & Mentorship: Guidance on analytics, campaigns, and paid media for career development.
Certificate of Experience / Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion of tenure.
Performance-based stipends/bonuses for standout contributions.
Access to premium tools (where applicable) to make your work faster and better.
We genuinely welcome female students and moms who want to re-enter or build their careers with flexibility and support.
You will work in a trust-based, outcome-focused culture—measured on impact, not hours online.
Room to expand your role into paid media, influencer marketing, or brand strategy as you grow.
Collaborative team that values creativity, empathy, and continuous improvement.
