SysTechCare Support is seeking detail‑oriented, language‑passionate female translators (graduates or current students) to translate, localize, and culturally adapt content between Hindi and English. You will work on a flexible freelance basis across a variety of formats—web articles, marketing copy, product descriptions, user guides, social posts, subtitles, and micro-learning content—ensuring accuracy, tone consistency, and cultural relevance.
Translate and localize content Hindi ⇄ English with high linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
Maintain tone of voice, brand terminology, and style guides across deliverables.
Perform self‑editing and proofreading to deliver error-free, publication-ready content.
Use CAT tools (if provided) or maintain glossaries/translation memories to ensure consistency.
Work within strict deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Collaborate with project managers, editors, and QA reviewers to incorporate feedback swiftly.
Flag ambiguous sources, missing context, or cultural nuances that may impact meaning.
Adhere to confidentiality, NDAs, and data protection protocols.

Excellent command of both Hindi and English (near‑native fluency in reading and writing).
Strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, idioms, and regional language variations.
Proven ability to match tone (formal, conversational, technical, marketing, etc.).
Meticulous attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading skills.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace/MS Office, and basic familiarity with CAT tools (e.g., MemoQ, SDL Trados, Smartcat) is a plus.
Time management and deadline discipline in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Reliable internet connectivity and personal laptop/PC.
0–2+ years of freelance or internship experience in translation, transcreation, or content editing.
Freshers and students with strong language skills and writing samples are encouraged to apply.
Prior work with media, e-learning, marketing, or tech content will be an advantage.
Fully flexible / task-based.
You choose your hours, provided you meet agreed turnaround times.
Expected availability to take on minimum X words or Y assignments per week (define during onboarding).
Occasional fast-turnaround projects may arise—responsiveness is valued.
Understanding of SEO basics, keyword placement, and readability (nice to have).
Familiarity with subtitle formats (SRT, VTT) and time-coding (nice to have).
Ability to research domain-specific terminology quickly and accurately.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
