Job Summary

Hulu is seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Remote Customer Support Representative to provide outstanding assistance to our subscribers. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them with account management, billing inquiries, subscription setup, and resolving technical streaming issues. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, a problem solver, and a brand ambassador who ensures a seamless streaming experience for our subscribers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.

  • Assist users with subscription setup, renewals, upgrades, cancellations, and billing questions.

  • Troubleshoot streaming issues, device compatibility problems, and app-related errors.

  • Document customer interactions in internal CRM systems accurately and thoroughly.

  • Escalate complex issues to technical or specialist teams when necessary.

  • Stay up to date with Hulus features, updates, promotions, and policies.

  • Educate customers on Hulu services, add-ons, account security, and usage tips.

  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree preferred).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting technical devices and apps.

  • Proficient with basic computer functions, CRM systems, and web-based tools.

  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy.

  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support (preferably in a digital media, streaming, or SaaS environment).

  • Prior remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Full-time or Part-time shifts available.
