SysTechCare Support is seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Services Manager to lead our design team and ensure the highest standards of creative execution across all projects. This role combines creative leadership, operational excellence, and quality control oversight, playing a pivotal part in shaping brand aesthetics and visual consistency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in creative direction, workflow management, and team mentoring to drive successful outcomes across multimedia campaigns, UI/UX, branding, print, and digital deliverables.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, UI/UX specialists, and creative professionals.
Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and strategic goals.
Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring consistency, clarity, and pixel-perfect execution.
Develop efficient workflows and scalable creative processes to support marketing, product, and content teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and leadership teams to understand and execute visual priorities.
Establish and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable deadlines.
Drive innovation by staying up to date on design trends, tools, and techniques, integrating best practices into team operations.
Maintain a balanced workload distribution among team members to optimize productivity and creativity.
Own and optimize tools, systems, and vendor relationships for creative project management.
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, and modern design collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, UI/UX design principles, branding, and print production.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Eye for detail with strong quality control instincts and the ability to provide actionable feedback.
Ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects in a deadline-driven environment.
5–8 years of experience in creative design, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role.
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative department.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact branding, digital, and marketing campaigns.
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST
Flexible scheduling allowed for remote collaboration across time zones.
Occasional availability required for critical project reviews or client-facing presentations.
Deep knowledge of visual identity systems and design system implementation.
Strong project management skills with a keen ability to prioritize and delegate.
Ability to inspire creativity while maintaining a business-focused approach to project goals.
