Flipkart, Indias leading e-commerce marketplace, is seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team as Customer Support Associates for Voice and Non-Voice Processes. This office-based role is crucial in ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience for millions of Flipkart users. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat (voice and non-voice channels).
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Escalate complex cases to senior support or technical teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal databases accordingly.
Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and compliance protocols.
Assist customers in order tracking, cancellations, refunds, returns, payments, and product-related queries.
Provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement of customer experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in handling voice and non-voice customer interactions.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support, BPO, or similar roles are welcome.
Prior experience in e-commerce or online retail support will be a plus.
6 Days Working with 1 rotational week off.
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM (8-hour shift with 1-hour break).
Willingness to work during peak hours, holidays, or festivals as per business needs.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order fulfillment processes.
Patience and empathy in customer interactions.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to quickly learn internal tools and software.
Flexibility to handle different types of customer queries across categories.
