Amazon is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Process Assistant – Learning & Development to support the training needs of our Fulfillment Center operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing training programs, onboarding new associates, supporting continuous learning initiatives, and acting as a liaison between operations and the Learning & Development team. Facilitate training sessions for new hire onboarding, safety compliance, and job-specific processes.
Track and document training records accurately using Amazons learning management systems.
Support the development and implementation of standard work procedures and learning materials.
Monitor progress and performance of trainees and provide coaching when necessary.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and L&D teams to identify training gaps and improvement areas.
Assist in process audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on specific functions within the Fulfillment Center.
Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment for all associates.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to deliver training in a clear, engaging, and effective manner.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environment.
Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Full-time position with flexibility for shift rotations.
May include weekends, holidays, or extended hours during peak seasons.
Must be open to working any of the following shifts: Day, Night, Weekend.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Proficient in documentation and process mapping.
Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods and navigate warehouse environments.
