SysTechCare Support is seeking dynamic and persuasive individuals for the position of Part-Time Telecaller to join our fast-paced call operations team in Delhi NCR. This role is ideal for freshers or experienced candidates looking to build a career in voice-based customer interaction. The selected candidates will handle both inbound and outbound calls in Hindi and English, assisting customers with queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent client engagement.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company products/services.
Answer incoming calls from existing clients and resolve inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Follow call scripts and adhere to company protocols.
Provide feedback on customer trends, recurring issues, or suggestions to the team lead.
Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance KPIs.
Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
Basic knowledge of telephone etiquette and customer handling.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, call logs, typing).
Must be comfortable with a voice-based profile.
Freshers are welcome.
Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, or BPO process will be an added advantage.
Part-Time Shift Options:
Morning: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Evening: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Work Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Clear and pleasant voice with good diction.
Ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Familiarity with CRM or call management software (preferred).
