Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is currently hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Assistants to join our fast-growing team in Delhi. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers who are eager to begin their professional journey in an administrative and office operations role. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office by supporting teams with clerical tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring overall workplace efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management.

  • Assist in daily office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing paperwork.

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails and redirect them as needed.

  • Maintain office inventory and place supply orders as required.

  • Coordinate courier and mail dispatch services.

  • Keep records and documentation organized and up to date.

  • Greet visitors and assist with guest coordination when required.

  • Support team members in data entry, documentation, and scheduling work.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Ability to handle multitasking with efficiency and accuracy.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced office environment.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply – full training will be provided.

  • Previous internship or admin-related experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)

  • Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

  • Sunday Fixed Off
