SysTechCare Support is currently seeking a friendly, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our organization. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. You will manage front-desk activities, provide administrative support, and ensure that our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently.
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain visitor logs.
Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients in person or via phone/email.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry when required.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Handle office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Customer-service orientation.
No prior experience required – freshers are welcome.
Internship or part-time experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus.
Monday to Saturday
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Sundays Off
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, intercoms).
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Familiarity with office administration processes is an advantage.
