Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is urgently hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our clients International BPO operations in Pune. As a Customer Support Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for international customers, providing excellent service through voice, chat, or email. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global clients, develop international communication skills, and be part of a fast-paced customer experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer service calls for international clients.

• Resolve queries efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments in a timely manner.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Stay updated with product and process changes to provide accurate support.

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to call center protocols at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Basic knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a team and independently under minimal supervision.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply with strong communication skills.

• Candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in International BPO/Customer Service will be preferred.

• Prior experience in a voice-based international process is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Rotational Shifts (including Night Shifts)

• 5 Days Working (2 Weekly Offs on Rotation)

• Fixed shift for female employees as per local labor compliance
