SysTechCare Support is seeking a professional and courteous Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a dynamic real estate office. This is a front-line position where you will play a key role in ensuring the office operates efficiently and clients receive excellent service. You will handle administrative duties, manage appointments, and provide a positive first impression to all clients and visitors. Greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming phone calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages
Manage the appointment schedule for agents and brokers using digital calendar systems
Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and professional
Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry for real estate listings
Coordinate courier deliveries and handle incoming and outgoing mail
Support the sales and leasing teams with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain visitor records and follow office security and confidentiality protocols
Ensure that all client interactions meet high standards of hospitality and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or hospitality is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Polite, professional phone and in-person etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is desirable
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role
Experience in a real estate, property management, or sales environment will be an advantage
Full-time position
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday off (or as per company schedule)
Strong interpersonal and client service orientation
Familiarity with scheduling and CRM software
Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
A friendly and confident demeanor with a proactive attitude
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
Attention to detail and commitment to task completion
