Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented Spa Receptionist to become the face of our luxurious spa environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with spa therapists and technicians to ensure timely service delivery

  • Upsell spa services and packages to meet client needs and boost revenue

  • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area, ensuring a relaxing ambiance

  • Process payments accurately and maintain billing records

  • Handle client feedback professionally and resolve minor complaints with care

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and spa data in compliance with privacy standards


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma in hospitality or beauty therapy preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Polite, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, and scheduling software)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Well-groomed appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail

  • Customer-first attitude and natural warmth in communication


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, spa, or salon reception is preferred

  • Freshers with strong communication and a passion for the wellness industry are also encouraged to apply


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Typical shifts range between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (depending on the spas operating hours)

  • Part-time and full-time options available for qualified candidates


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of spa treatments and wellness services is a plus

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide solutions promptly

  • Knowledge of appointment booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Fresha, Zenoti) is advantageous
