Progressive Technology is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic remote team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for self-motivated individuals who excel in administrative tasks and communication. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide essential support to our operations, help streamline workflow, manage digital tools, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders—all from the comfort of your home or anywhere in the world.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders to executives or team members
Perform data entry, document formatting, and file organization
Respond to emails and handle basic customer inquiries
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
Manage and update spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems
Conduct basic online research to support team projects
Help with travel planning and booking for executives, if required
Coordinate with other remote team members and support various administrative functions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Basic understanding of task management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
