Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refund requests.

Accurately document all customer interactions and follow up on unresolved queries.
Stay updated on Deltas latest travel policies, schedules, and promotional offers.
Handle high-stress scenarios calmly, professionally, and efficiently.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate departments when needed.
Promote Delta SkyMiles® programs and assist with loyalty account inquiries.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus, but not required.
