Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage inquiries, and general assistance.

Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction and maintaining brand loyalty.
Process refunds, reissue tickets, and provide accurate fare and policy information.
Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Deltas services, travel guidelines, promotions, and system tools.
Follow all security, confidentiality, and operational protocols in line with FAA and Delta standards.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously.
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (airline, hospitality, retail, or call center preferred).
Experience working remotely or using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools is a plus.
Flexible shifts are available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Full-time and part-time options.
Shift schedules are assigned based on business needs, and overtime may be available during peak periods.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is an advantage but not required.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
