As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers, delivering world-class support via phone, email, and chat. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth travel experience by assisting customers with reservations, flight changes, check-in issues, loyalty program questions, and general inquiries—all while embodying Deltas core values of integrity, respect, and excellence.
Handle inbound customer interactions through phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel arrangements.
Provide accurate information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and Delta SkyMiles® program.
Troubleshoot issues related to check-in, delays, upgrades, and digital tools.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a calm, patient, and effective manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about Deltas services and policies.
Accurately log customer interactions and resolutions into Deltas CRM systems.
Uphold Deltas customer service standards and contribute to continuous process improvement.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in navigating computer systems, CRM tools, and online platforms.
Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Must have a quiet and distraction-free home office with high-speed internet.
Preferred: 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or travel industry.
Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
