Wayfair is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing remote team in the United States. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative, scheduling, communication, and coordination tasks that enable our teams to operate efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in a virtual work environment.
Provide remote administrative support to managers and teams, including calendar management, email monitoring, and meeting coordination.
Organize and maintain digital files and internal documentation across cloud-based platforms.
Assist with data entry, report preparation, and project tracking in line with team objectives.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, or messaging tools.
Coordinate travel arrangements, virtual events, and team communications.
Monitor and respond to routine correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Support project teams by scheduling check-ins, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a remote administrative or assistant role.
Experience in customer service, project coordination, or virtual office management is a plus.
Prior experience working in a tech-enabled, fast-paced environment preferred.
Flexible scheduling with availability during core business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
Occasional availability for meetings outside of standard hours may be required depending on team needs.
Knowledge of modern digital communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Trello.
Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative when needed.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
