Wayfair is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative – Data Entry to join our remote support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and providing prompt support to customers. You will be responsible for managing online orders, entering customer data, and addressing service-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
This position combines data entry accuracy with excellent communication skills, playing a key part in enhancing the customer experience at Wayfair.
Accurately enter customer information, order details, and product information into internal systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasionally phone, maintaining a positive and professional tone.
Handle order modifications, returns, and replacements with efficiency and empathy.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and report system issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and processes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Follow company guidelines on data privacy and confidentiality.
Meet productivity and quality targets set by the Customer Support and Data Operations teams.
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience with CRM or customer service platforms is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while staying connected with a virtual team.
1+ year of experience in a customer service, administrative, or data entry role preferred.
Prior remote work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong typing and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Flexible scheduling with shifts available between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (based on your time zone).
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis.
Knowledge of eCommerce processes or online retail is a plus.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality and ethical conduct.
Comfortable with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
