In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with travel bookings, itinerary updates, cancellations, and other support needs. Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
Offer alternative travel options, upgrades, and travel insurance where applicable
Modify, cancel, and rebook travel reservations in accordance with company policies
Provide accurate information regarding travel policies, COVID-19 protocols, and visa requirements
Handle escalations and customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Maintain a strong knowledge of travel products, services, and industry updates
Meet performance metrics including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Comfortable working with computers and basic software applications
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
Passion for travel and customer service is a plus
No prior experience in travel or customer service is required—comprehensive training will be provided
Previous experience in hospitality, airlines, or call center support is advantageous but not mandatory
Flexible scheduling with full-time shifts
Must be available to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Multiple time zones supported – schedules may be adjusted based on business needs
Familiarity with travel booking platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo (preferred but not required)

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, remote team environment
Basic geography knowledge and travel terminology understanding
Ability to maintain composure during high-pressure or peak travel periods
