Progressive Technology is seeking energetic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing remote customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative (Entry Level), you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Basic computer literacy, including typing, navigating systems, and internet usage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A quiet and distraction-free workspace with reliable internet access.
No prior customer service experience required.
Freshers and career changers are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in retail, call center, hospitality, or help desk roles is a plus but not mandatory.
Flexible scheduling available: morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.
Full-time (30–40 hours/week) and part-time (15–25 hours/week) roles available.
All shifts are based on Eastern or Pacific Time depending on the customer region.
Strong command of spoken and written English.
