In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience. As a vital member of our Customer Support team, you will help patients access the care they need and make a meaningful impact every day—all from the comfort of your home.
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and chats in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Assist members with pharmacy benefits, account inquiries, billing questions, or prescription status.
Resolve customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and clear communication.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data following HIPAA and CVS policies.
Document customer interactions accurately using internal CRM systems.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Meet daily performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, call handling, and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with strong time management.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Typing speed of at least 30–40 WPM with accuracy.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
A quiet, distraction-free home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, call center, or healthcare support role is preferred.
Experience in healthcare or insurance environments is a plus but not mandatory.
Training will be provided for qualified candidates.
Flexible scheduling with full-time shifts typically between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday.
Weekend availability may be required depending on business needs.
Overtime opportunities available during peak periods.
Understanding of healthcare or pharmacy-related terminology is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technology, and processes.
Strong emotional intelligence and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
