SysTechCare Support is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer to join our in-house development team. This role involves designing and enhancing user interfaces for digital products with a strong focus on user-centric design principles. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and aesthetically pleasing experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is an office-based position that requires active collaboration and on-site team engagement.
Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define UI/UX strategies and design solutions.
Develop wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and aesthetics.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with the brands identity and technical constraints.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in design.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and justify design decisions using data and insights.
Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
Solid knowledge of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and user psychology.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
2–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Prior experience designing for both web and mobile platforms is a must.
Portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects across various platforms.
Monday to Friday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Full-time, On-site)
Occasional flexibility required based on project needs or client collaboration.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
Ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
Deep empathy for users and an understanding of balancing business needs with user experience.
Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
