SysTechCare Support is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Desk Assistant to manage and support our corporate travel activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for employees. You will act as the point of contact for all travel-related needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, visas, ground transportation, and travel insurance.
Monitor travel bookings to ensure compliance with travel policies and budget constraints.
Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses.
Assist employees with last-minute changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
Liaise with travel vendors and negotiate contracts or rates when applicable.
Keep abreast of travel-related regulations, restrictions, and COVID-19 protocols.
Prepare travel reports, reconciliations, and assist with invoicing or reimbursement processes.
Support management with ad-hoc travel data analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure timely communication and delivery of itineraries to travelers.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
Familiarity with travel management tools (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
1–3 years of experience in a corporate travel desk, travel agency, or administrative coordination role.
Experience working with travel vendors, agencies, and airlines is highly preferred.
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible in case of emergency or urgent travel needs).
Occasional after-hours support may be required for urgent bookings or international travel coordination.
Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle complex itineraries.
Customer-focused mindset and a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of travel documentation (passports, visas, medical insurance, etc.).
Familiarity with cost-saving strategies in travel planning.
