Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is actively seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Warehouse Operator to join our growing logistics and operations team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in supply chain or warehouse management. As a Trainee Warehouse Operator, you will receive full training and support to handle day-to-day warehousing activities such as inventory management, order fulfillment, goods dispatch, and stock control.

You will be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop the foundational skills required to grow in the logistics and distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming goods accurately.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely and accurate manner.

• Carry out regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.

• Operate warehouse equipment (after proper training and certification).

• Assist in inventory control procedures and stock rotation.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.

• Accurately complete all relevant documentation and record-keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus but not required.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly.

• Physically fit and able to lift items up to [specify weight, e.g., 25kg].

• Comfortable standing for extended periods.

• Good numerical and organizational skills.

• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Experience

• No prior experience required — this is a trainee role.

• Candidates with previous exposure to warehouse or logistics environments will have an added advantage.

• All necessary training and onboarding will be provided on the job.

Working Hours

• Full-Time: Monday to Saturday

• Shift-based work may include morning, afternoon, or night shifts (rotational)

• Flexible hours may be available based on operational needs.
