MNC Jobs Info is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Systems Engineer with a strong background in C/C++ programming and IoT device integration to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded software using C/C++ for IoT devices.

• Integrate sensors, communication modules (BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, LoRa), and other peripherals.

• Work on microcontrollers such as ARM Cortex, STM32, ESP32, or equivalent.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, cloud engineers, and mobile developers.

• Debug and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues.

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and version control using Git.

• Ensure reliability, performance, and security of embedded applications.

• Stay current with the latest trends in embedded systems and IoT development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems.

• Experience with RTOS, bare-metal programming, and firmware development.

• Hands-on experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/HTTPS).

• Familiarity with communication interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART, CAN.

• Strong understanding of circuit diagrams, schematics, and hardware debugging.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in embedded systems or IoT development.

• Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, GitHub, Jira) is a plus.

• Prior experience in consumer electronics, automotive, or industrial IoT is desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a focus on deliverables over clock-in time.

• Must be available for core collaboration hours (2-3 hours overlap with GMT/IST time zones preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of embedded system architecture and constraints.

• Ability to translate technical requirements into efficient embedded code.

• Solid grasp of power optimization, memory management, and performance tuning.

• Experience in continuous integration and automated testing of embedded firmware.

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
