Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy fresh graduates to join our team as Online Teaching Professionals. As an online teacher, you will deliver interactive and engaging lessons to students through our digital platform, guiding them in subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, or Computer Skills, depending on your area of interest and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online classes using video conferencing tools and digital whiteboards.

• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and assignments aligned with the curriculum.

• Facilitate discussions, quizzes, and interactive sessions to enhance student participation.

• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

• Respond promptly to student queries and offer academic guidance.

• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.

• Collaborate with the academic team to improve content delivery and teaching strategies.

• Stay updated with online teaching tools and education trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education, Arts, Science, or Technology preferred).

• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar online platforms.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.

• Creative thinking and a positive attitude toward teaching.

Experience

• No prior teaching experience required.

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome to apply.

• Any experience in tutoring (online/offline), volunteering, or mentoring is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working schedule based on your availability.

• Options to choose from morning, afternoon, or evening batches.

• Minimum commitment: 3 hours per day (part-time) or 6 hours per day (full-time).
