Progressive Technology is seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Work From Home Customer Support Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers looking to start a rewarding career in customer service. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat — all from the comfort of your home. Training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally via chat, email, or phone.
Provide accurate product and service information to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Follow company communication scripts and guidelines while interacting with customers.
Escalate complex queries to senior support representatives or managers as required.
Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Strive to achieve individual and team performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by showing empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (High School) or above.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple tabs and systems.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
