GracePath Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to support our growing number of patients in need of professional care within the comfort of their homes. We proudly offer U.S. work sponsorship opportunities for qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) from both within the U.S. and abroad. Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises as needed.
Administer basic health-related services under supervision, including medication reminders and vital sign monitoring.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation to improve patients quality of life.
Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and organizing the home environment.
Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in client conditions to care managers or supervising nurses.
Maintain detailed daily reports and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid HHA (Home Health Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.
Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Clear criminal background check and medical clearance.
Willingness to undergo caregiver training and adhere to U.S. care standards.
Strong work ethic, patience, and a respectful attitude toward elderly or disabled clients.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or hospital settings preferred).
International caregiving experience will also be considered.
New graduates of HHA or CNA programs are encouraged to apply.
Full-Time: 40–48 hours per week
Flexible shifts available: Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend options
Live-in positions also available for qualifying candidates.
Knowledge of basic health and hygiene procedures.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, standing, and assisting with mobility.
Understanding of elder care, dementia, or chronic condition management (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Sensitivity to diverse cultural and individual needs.
